 We take great care to service, test, and restore our cameras to full functionality. However, we understand that vintage technology can raise concerns about long-term reliability. If you encounter a fault beyond your control, our dedicated support team is here to help—ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.

While our guarantee covers unforeseen faults, please note that damage from water exposure, impact damage or neglect is not included. However, our skilled technicians are always available to inspect and repair such issues where possible.

Every function is carefully checked, including shutter operation and speeds, optics, aperture blades, light meters, and all mechanical, electrical, or automatic features; with full details disclosed in each product listing.

To ensure our stock is truly fit for sale, we perform a thorough CLA (Clean, Lubricate, Adjust) following the manufacturer’s service manual specifications.

To keep things straightforward, we use a simple 4-tier grading system, making it easy to understand the condition of each item.

Excellent:

Impressive condition, with little to no signs of use. May appear unused or show only the lightest wear.

Very Good:

Clean example with minimal signs of wear in common areas. Well cared for with no major marks.

Good:

Visible signs of use, such as minor scratches or small dents. Nothing excessive or performance-affecting.

Fair:

Noticeable wear, including dents or marks. Fully functional unless stated otherwise in the listing.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Insured services for secure and reliable delivery. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order being placed. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To initiate a return, please fill out the form in our Support Page. A member of our team will respond within 48 hours to assist you.
